
With over 15 years of experience building brands in the beverage, hospitality, and service industries, Sean has led strategy and growth efforts at every stage, from scrappy startups to established brand reinvention. He was employee #1 at Clown Shoes Beer, helping scale the brand from niche favorite to national distribution. At Mass Bay Brewing Company (now Barrel One Collective), he served as Brand Director, overseeing creative direction, innovation, and marketing across a portfolio that included Harpoon, UFO, Clown Shoes, and many others.
Today, as Head of Growth & Innovation at Purcell, Sean partners with clients to unlock new revenue streams, elevate their brand presence, and build sustainable marketing systems that drive measurable growth. His expertise spans brand strategy, customer experience, integrated marketing, and product positioning, always with a focus on real business outcomes, not fluff.
Sean lives on the New Hampshire Seacoast with his wife, two sons, and their golden retriever. He's a passionate snowboarder, explorer, and dad who brings the same energy to his work as he does to chasing his kids through the woods.
